The invention relates to a treatment method for a deep foundation. The treatment method comprises the following steps that S1, the inner bottom wall of a foundation pit is compacted; S2, cement mortar is poured into the foundation pit to form a cement mortar layer; S3, a plurality of anti-settling plates are horizontally inserted in the positions, located on the cement mortar layer, of the inner side wall of the foundation pit, and supporting plates are laid on the upper surfaces of the anti-settling plates; S4, anti-setting columns are vertically inserted into the upper surfaces of the supporting plates, supporting assemblies for supporting the ends, located in the foundation pit, of the anti-setting plates are arranged between the anti-setting plates and the anti-setting columns, and fixing plates for fixing the supporting plates and the anti-setting columns are arranged between the supporting plates and the anti-setting columns; S5, pouring holes are formed in the upper end faces of the anti-settling columns, and concrete is poured into the pouring holes to form a supporting concrete layer; and S6, the concrete is poured into the foundation pit, a reinforced concrete layer fixedly laid on the upper surfaces of the supporting plates is formed, and a cushion layer is fixedly laid on the upper surface of the reinforced concrete layer. The treatment method has the effect of improving the anti-settling capacity after foundation treatment.
