The underground diaphragm wall construction process comprises the steps that positioning and paying-off are conducted, and the grooving position is determined; a high-pressure jet grouting process is adopted, high-pressure jet grouting piles are made along the two sides of the groove wall, the adjacent high-pressure jet grouting piles are engaged with each other, and two continuous groove protection piles are formed; grooving is conducted at the original soil surface paying-off position, and reinforced concrete guide wall construction is conducted; grooving construction is conducted in the guide wall direction, and sediment in a groove is removed; a reinforcement cage is hoisted and placed, and a guide pipe is installed; and concrete is poured into the formed groove; and the high-pressure jet grouting piles are located below a guide wall, and the height of the high-pressure jet grouting piles is suitable for the situation that the pile bottoms of the high-pressure jet grouting piles are located above an underground rock layer and the pile tops of the high-pressure jet grouting piles are located on the upper portion of an unfavorable geological layer. Before high-pressure jet grouting pile construction, karst grouting treatment is conducted on the lower portion of the wall bottom of an underground diaphragm wall. According to the underground diaphragm wall construction process, the grooving quality can be improved, and then the stability of the underground diaphragm wall is guaranteed.
