The structure comprises a vertical main reinforcement, a first stirrup, a second stirrup and a third stirrup, wherein the vertical main reinforcement comprises a first reinforcement arranged on the outer side of a water stop steel plate in a construction joint and a second reinforcement arranged on the inner side of the water stop steel plate; the first stirrup is hooped on the first reinforcement; the second stirrup is hooped on the second reinforcement; and the third stirrup is arranged on the water stop steel plate in a sleeving mode, and the two opposite sides of the third stirrup are connected to the first stirrup and the second stirrup correspondingly.
