The invention discloses a local descending plate drainage system which comprises a drainage pipe assembly, a waste water connecting pipe communicated with the drainage pipe assembly and obliquely arranged, a centralized water seal assembly communicated with the waste water connecting pipe, a transverse pipe drainage assembly communicated with the centralized water seal assembly, an upper-layer main drainage pipeline connected with the upper end of the drainage pipe assembly, and a lower-layer main drainage pipeline connected with the lower end of the drainage pipe assembly. According to the local descending plate drainage system, by arranging the centralized water seal assembly, the floor space occupied by drainage pipe fitting is reduced, and the same-floor drainage condition can be met by slightly locally reducing the floor height of a building; and the system is suitable for various installation scenes, occupies small floor space and is high in practicability.
