The invention discloses a yarn clamping tube and a production device thereof. The yarn clamping tube comprises an inner lining layer (1), an inner structure layer (2) and an outer structure layer (3), wherein the inner structure layer (2) is arranged outside the inner lining layer (1); the yarn clamping tube is characterized in that a yarn clamping layer (4) is arranged between the inner structure layer (2) and the outer structure layer (3), and the yarn clamping layer (4) is a compact layer formed by extruding quartz sand infiltrated with resin. According to the yarn clamping tube and the production device thereof, the quartz sand is directly extruded by adopting an extrusion mode instead of fixing the quartz sand by using pocket gauze in a traditional structure, so that the compact yarn clamping layer (4) is formed, and the pocket gauze is omitted; by the adoption of the structure, the structural strength is greatly enhanced, damage and leakage are avoided, in addition, the pocket gauze is omitted, the phenomenon that the yarn clamping tube is prone to layering is well avoided, and therefore the big problem is solved through small changes.
本发明公开一种夹纱管及其生产装置,夹纱管包括内衬层(1)、内结构层(2)和外结构层(3),其中内结构层(2)设在内衬层(1)外面,其特征在于:所述内结构层(2)和外结构层(3)之间具有夹纱层(4),该夹纱层(4)由浸润有树脂的石英砂挤压后形成的致密层。本案摒弃了传统结构利用兜纱布来固定石英砂,转而采用挤压方式直接挤压石英砂,从而形成致密的夹纱层(4),并且取消了兜纱布。采用上述结构,一是大幅增强了结构强度,有利于避免破坏和渗漏,另外又取消了兜纱布,从而很好地避免夹纱管易分层,这样就通过小改动解决了大问题。
