Core tube structure system and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a core tube structure system and a construction method thereof. The core tube structure system comprises a core tube which is vertically arranged, multiple box-type columns arranged on the outer edge of the core tube in a surrounding mode and parallel to the core tube, and a floor steel structure of which the center is penetrated by the core tube, wherein the floor steel structure comprises a plurality of frame beams and a plurality of secondary beams; one frame beam is connected between the tops of any two adjacent box-type columns; and the tops of the box-type columns and the frame beams are connected with the core tube through the secondary beams. According to the invention, the box-type columns, the frame beams and the secondary beams are arranged outside the core tube and are sequentially connected in a matched mode to form an outer frame of the core tube, so that crossing and interference with external concrete steel bars can be avoided, the construction structure of the outer frame can be simplified while the structural strength is guaranteed, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the construction efficiency of the core tube structure system can be effectively improved.
本发明公开一种核心筒结构体系及其施工方法,所述核心筒结构体系包括:核心筒,呈竖直设置;多个箱型柱,多个所述箱型柱围设于所述核心筒的外边缘设置,并均与所述核心筒相互平行;楼板钢结构,所述核心筒贯穿所述楼板钢结构的中心位置,所述楼板钢结构包括多个框架梁和多个次梁,所述任意相邻的两个所述箱型柱的顶部之间连接有一个框架梁,所述箱型柱的顶部和所述框架梁均通过所述次梁与所述核心筒连接。本发明中通过在核心筒的外部设置箱型柱、框架梁和次梁,并依次配合连接形成核心筒的外框架,能避免与外部混凝土钢筋交叉和干扰,保证结构强度的同时还能简化外框架的搭建结构,降低了施工难度,可有效提高核心筒结构体系的施工效率。
