The invention discloses a prefabricated fine stone composite floor slab component. The prefabricated fine stone composite floor slab component comprises a composite floor slab body and a laminated concrete layer; the composite floor slab body comprises a concrete surface layer; a net-shaped rough surface is arranged at the upper end of the concrete surface layer; and the laminated concrete layer is arranged at the upper end of the net-shaped rough surface. The composite floor slab component is provided with the impervious concrete layer and a sound insulation cotton composite pouring layer, and the impervious concrete layer can achieve the purpose of enabling the composite floor slab component to have excellent waterproofness and impermeability, and the sound insulation cotton composite pouring layer can achieve the purpose of enabling the composite floor slab component to have excellent sound absorption and sound insulation performance; by arranging a first steel tie bar mesh layer and a second steel tie bar mesh layer, the construction integrity of the composite floor slab is better, the overall structure of the composite floor slab is strengthened, and meanwhile the first steel tie bar mesh layer and the second steel tie bar mesh layer are matched with the fine stone concrete layer, so that the composite floor slab component has better anti-seismic performance; and therefore, the anti-seismic property of a building is better.
