The invention discloses a rolling brush mechanism for coating. The rolling brush mechanism comprises a mounting frame, and a roller is rotationally connected between two side plates of the mounting frame; the side plate on one side of the mounting frame is rotationally connected with a screw rod, and the side plate is provided with a driving device for driving the screw rod to rotate; one end of the screw rod is rotationally connected with a piston which extends into the roller and is matched with the roller; and the side plate on the other side of the mounting frame is rotationally connected with a rotating shaft, a throttling device is axially fixed on the rotating shaft, and the throttling device is correspondingly matched with the end part of the roller. The rolling brush mechanism is diversified in function and convenient to operate, coating can be stored in the roller, the brushing time is prolonged, and frequent dipping operation is avoided; materials can be uniformly discharged from the surface of the roller, so that brushing is more uniform; the liquid outlet flow can be adjusted to meet different brushing requirements; and a servo motor is adopted to drive the screw rod, and the throttling size is adjusted, so that accurate control can be realized, and the brushing quality is improved.
