Auxiliary device for high-rise building concrete pouring
The invention provides an auxiliary device for high-rise building concrete pouring. The auxiliary device comprises a rotary supporting vertical frame, a first fixed pipe, a rotary joint, a reciprocating motion executing mechanism and a telescopic conveying pipe group. The reciprocating motion executing mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the right side of a supporting truss; the telescopic conveying pipe group comprises a first telescopic pipe, a second telescopic pipe, a third telescopic pipe and a discharging pipe; the first fixed pipe, the rotary joint and the first telescopic pipe are sequentially connected, and the first telescopic pipe, the second telescopic pipe, the third telescopic pipe and the discharging pipe are sequentially connected in a sleeved mode; and the reciprocating motion executing mechanism can achieve reciprocating telescopic motion of the third telescopic pipe and the second telescopic pipe, and the discharging pipe is used for pouring concrete to a reinforcing mesh. By means of the auxiliary device for the high-rise building concrete pouring, automatic pouring of the concrete within a large range can be smoothly achieved, manual assistance is not needed in the pouring process, potential safety hazards of pouring are reduced, and meanwhile, the pouring efficiency is improved.
本发明给出了一种高层建筑混凝土浇筑用辅助装置,包括回转支撑立架、第一固定管、旋转接头、往复运动执行机构和伸缩输送管组,往复运动执行机构设置在支撑桁架的右侧下部,伸缩输送管组包括第一伸缩管、第二伸缩管、第三伸缩管和出料管,第一固定管、旋转接头和第一伸缩管依次连接,第一伸缩管、第二伸缩管、第三伸缩管和出料管依次套置连接,往复运动执行机构能够实现第三伸缩管和第二伸缩管的往复伸缩运动,出料管用于向钢筋网上浇筑混凝土。利用该辅助装置,可顺利实现混泥土大范围内的自动浇筑,且在浇筑过程中,无需人工辅助,不仅降低了浇筑安全隐患,同时,还利于提高浇筑效率。
