The invention relates to a concrete pouring plugging method for a waffle slab hole. The concrete pouring plugging method comprises the steps that according to design change, the inner wall of a waffle barrel in the waffle slab hole is cut off, and side wall concrete is scabbled; steel bars are implanted obliquely along the side wall of the waffle slab hole wall; double-faced adhesive tape is pasted on the periphery of the bottom hole wall of a waffle barrel hole; holes are formed in the periphery of a barrel cover of the waffle barrel to fixedly lead out four steel wires; the four steel wires led out of the barrel cover of the waffle barrel and the four embedded steel bars are tied and fixed to ensure that the barrel cover is tightly covered with concrete originally poured on the periphery of the waffle barrel; concrete is poured and cured to reach the design strength; and surface layer epoxy treatment is conducted on the surface of the pouring position.
