A full-automatic movable epidemic isolation prevention and control house comprises a shell part, a folding door part, a detection house part and a disinfection and cleaning part; the folding door part, the detection room part and the disinfection and cleaning part are arranged in the shell part, the folding door part is fixedly installed in a side face groove in the front of the shell part, the folding door part can be folded in the shell part when not in use, and when the folding door part needs to be used, the folding door part can be stretched out and is used for blocking passersby and vehicles; the detection room part is installed in the shell part, people are detected through the detection room part, when it is found that the detected people are abnormal, people are isolated independently, recycling can be achieved, and all-around disinfection can be conducted after isolation is completed; the disinfection and cleaning part is placed at a doorway inside the shell part and has a simple disinfecting effect on entering people.
