According to the oblique prestressing system, a triangle is formed by the first threading pipe, the second threading pipe and the ring beam, and a triangle is formed by the second threading pipe, the bearing platform and the first threading pipe, so that the stability of the prestressing system can be guaranteed only by using a small number of steel strands and threading pipes, and the investment of money and time is greatly reduced.
