According to the device, guide assemblies are arranged on the outer surface of a wall body and located on the two sides of a window mounting opening, a decorative frame is arranged on the outer surface of the wall body, the two side edges of the decorative frame are mounted on the guide assemblies, a rotating device of a traction assembly is mounted on the inner surface of the wall body and located in the middle of the lower portion of the window mounting opening, a first end of a traction rope device is connected with the rotating device, a second end of the traction rope device is connected with the top end of the decorative frame, a limiting assembly limits movement of the rotating device, a protection assembly is arranged on the outer surface of the wall body and located under the window mounting opening, the protection assembly is of a cubic structure with an opening in one surface and an inner cavity, the opening corresponds to the decorative frame on the upper portion of the opening, and the guide assemblies extend into the inner cavity of the protection assembly. According to the technical scheme of the device, the problems that in the prior art, cultivated green plants occupy the balcony space, and curtains block air circulation and shield sunlight when in use are effectively solved.
