The invention discloses a fabricated precession grouting anchor rod structure. The fabricated precession grouting anchor rod structure comprises an anchor rod body, a grouting pipe, a precession drill bit, lug buckles, a stop-grouting plug, a tray and a locking nut; the stop-grouting plug is arranged at one end of the locking nut of the anchor rod body and connected with the tray and the locking nut through threads; the whole main body of the anchor rod body is a threaded hollow steel pipe; a grouting hole with a trapezoidal hole is formed in the outer surface of the anchor rod body; a protrusion is arranged on the trapezoidal hole; the inner surface of the grouting hole is smooth and connected with the far-end precession drill bit; the lug buckles are installed at the end, close to the drill bit, of the anchor rod body; and the inner walls of the lug buckles are provided with threads identical with the outer wall of the anchor rod body; the lug buckles are two steel sheets with the same curvature as the outer wall of the anchor rod body; one ends of the two steel sheets are connected through a rotating shaft, and the other ends of the two steel sheets are buckles; the precession drill bit is provided with threads, and a nested grouting structure is arranged in the drill bit; and the grouting structure is a hollow cone steel pipe, and a stable supporting structure is formed after high-pressure grouting. The anchor rod body is provided with the trapezoidal protrusion and drill hole, so that the contact area of the anchor rod body and rock is increased; the lug buckles are arranged at the positions close to the drill bit; the steel pipe in the drill bit forms an external support body through grouting impact, so that the drawing force of the anchor rod body is improved; and the problem that the anchor rod body is snapped or the anchoring force is reduced due to long-term corrosion of a traditional anchor rod can be solved by additionally buckling the lug buckles on the anchor rod body, operation is easy, and the anchoring force is high.
