The rotary self-locking connecting device comprises a connecting disc and hook bodies; the connecting disc comprises two wheel discs and a plurality of connecting rods; the connecting rods are fixed between the two wheel discs; a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in the circumferential side walls of the wheel discs; and the hook bodies comprise hooks matched with the connecting rods in a clamped mode, positioning devices matched with the clamping grooves in a clamped mode and self-locking assemblies used for pushing the positioning devices to be clamped into the clamping grooves. The rotary self-locking connecting device has the effect of improving the mounting working efficiency of a frame body structure.
