The concrete polishing machine comprises a bottom plate, the bottom plate is provided with a structural component providing support, the structural component comprises supporting frames connected to the upper ends of the two sides of the bottom plate, the supporting frames are connected through a fixing rod, a handrail is arranged on the fixing rod, a polishing device for flattening and polishing the concrete surface is arranged on the structural component, the polishing device comprises a pressing block, a flattening mechanism for enabling the pressing block to rise and instantly release so as to freely fall to tamp the concrete surface, and a polishing mechanism for performing reciprocating flat sweeping on the two sides of the pressing block so as to complete pre-flattening and secondary polishing. The polishing device is provided with an adjusting device which can adjust the weight of the pressing block and the distance between the pressing block and the concrete surface so as to change the gravitational potential energy of the pressing block to change the tamping pressure.
