The invention provides silica fume and nano SiO2 co-doped anti-freezing permeable recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The permeable recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 180-200 parts of silica fume, 90-110 parts of nano SiO2, 200-390 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 800-1100 parts of natural coarse aggregate, 400-500 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 3.8-5.8 parts of an additive, and 90-130 parts of water, wherein the raw materials are uniformly mixed and stirred according to a certain sequence to obtain the required concrete. According to the recycled aggregate pervious concrete, the construction waste and the industrial waste residues are used as main raw materials, so the recycled aggregate pervious concrete not only has higher strength and durability, but also has excellent water absorption, water storage, water drainage and water purification capacities. Compared with a traditional pavement, the recycled aggregate pervious concrete applied to pavement of the concrete pavement has excellent drainage, ventilation, sound absorption, noise reduction and other performances.
