Lime-stabilized regenerated macadam for rapid drainage roadbed structure
The invention relates to the technical field of materials for the highway industry, in particular to lime-stabilized regenerated macadam for a rapid drainage roadbed structure, which is composed of regenerated broken stone, lime and water. The regenerated macadam comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30%-35% of broken stone with the particle size of less than 5mm, 20%-25% of broken stone with the particle size of 5mm-10mm, 20%-30% of broken stone with the particle size of 10mm-20mm, 5%-10% of broken stone with the particle size of 20mm-25mm and 5%-10% of broken stone with the particle size of 25mm-31.5 mm. On one hand, the grading of the regenerated broken stone is scientifically determined, so that the mixed regenerated broken stone has more reasonable particle size distribution and pore distribution, the compactness of the lime-stabilized regenerated macadam is improved, and the bearing capacity of the regenerated macadam is further improved; and on the other hand, damage to ecology caused by mining stones can be effectively reduced, cyclic utilization of waste base materials excavated out of old roads is achieved, lime is used for cementing the broken stone, the broken stone is used in a base filler of the roads on a large scale, and the broken stone is regenerated into the base materials after being stabilized. The lime-stabilized regenerated macadam has huge economic, environment-friendly and social benefits.
