The invention provides an ardealite fireproof gypsum board and a preparation method thereof. The fireproof gypsum board comprises the following formula components in percentage by weight: 70-90% of ardealite; 5-20% of high bauxite; 1-8% of refractory fiber; 0.5-2% of a water reducing agent; 0.005-0.01% of a retarder; 0-0.5% of a waterproof agent; 0.1-0.2% of a defoaming agent; and 3-10% of a pH regulator. All indexes of the gypsum board provided by the invention are superior to performance requirements in GB/T23451-2009, the fire endurance is long and can be longer than 4 hours, the physical and mechanical properties are high, the water absorption rate is small, the production and processing are convenient and rapid, the problems that a common gypsum board on the market is short in fire endurance and cannot be used in a special high fire endurance environment are effectively solved, another new path is opened up for comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum, and the prospect is wide.
本发明提出一种磷石膏防火石膏板及其制备方法,该防火石膏板包括以下重量比的配方成分:磷石膏70~90%;高铝矾土5~20%;耐火纤维1~8%;减水剂0.5~2%;缓凝剂0.005~0.01%;防水剂0~0.5%;消泡剂0.1~0.2%;PH调节剂3~10%。本发明提供的石膏板所有指标优于GB/T23451‑2009中性能要求,且耐火极限长,能大于4h,且物理力学性能高,吸水率小,生产加工方便快捷,有效解决了市场上普通石膏板耐火极限短,不能用于特殊高耐火极限环境的问题,为磷石膏综合利用开辟了另一条新路径,前景广阔。
