The green body strength is larger than 60 MPa, the external pressure resistance of the product is larger than 100 MPa, the ventilation resistance is smaller than 300 MPa, the average pore diameter is 35 [mu]m, products with large sizes can be prepared, and the method is widely applied to the field of high-temperature and high-pressure gas purification.
本发明涉及一种高温多孔陶瓷膜材料及其制备方法。利用浇注成型,混料不会发生等静压成型混料中因为温度和湿度等环境影响,原料发生反应而导致混合料组分无法控制的情况,可以很好的解决等静压的这一难题,实现机械化,且混料及浇注成型均在常温下进行,没有蜡浇注成型所需的高温要求,也无排胶操作,操作简单,所需时长远低于蜡浇注成型所需时长,值得推广。坯体强度>60MPa,制品抗外压强度>100MPa透气阻力<300Pa,均孔径35μm,可制备较大尺寸制品,在高温高压气体净化领域受到广泛应用。
