High-strength thermal-shock-resistant refractory material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-strength thermal-shock-resistant refractory material, which comprises the following steps: mixing nano carbon powder, aluminum silicate fiber and antimony trioxide, adding acetone and ethylene bis stearamide, conducting stirring, conducting heating to 150-200 DEG C, adding phenolic cyanate ester and BMT bismaleimide resin in a stirring state, and conducting stirring to obtain a prefabricated material; uniformly stirring light-burned magnesia powder, silica powder, calcium oxide powder, manganese oxide powder, dicerium trioxide powder and niobium pentoxide powder, adding water in the stirring process, carrying out ball milling for 3-10 minutes at the ball milling rotating speed of 2000-2500r/min, adding the prefabricated material, continuously carrying out ball milling for 1-2 hours in the same direction at the ball milling speed of not more than 200r/min, feeding the obtained materials into a forming mold, and conducting pressing to form a green brick under the pressure of 8-12MPa; and drying the green brick, conducting sintering in a furnace in an oxygen atmosphere, and conducting air-cooling to room temperature to obtain the high-strength thermal-shock-resistant refractory material.
本发明公开了一种高强抗热震耐火材料的制备方法,包括:将纳米碳粉、硅酸铝纤维、三氧化二锑混合,加入丙酮、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺搅拌,升温至150‑200℃,搅拌状态下加入酚醛型氰酸酯、BMT型双马来酰亚胺树脂搅拌得到预制料;将轻烧镁粉、硅石粉、氧化钙粉末、氧化锰粉末、三氧化二铈粉末、五氧化二铌粉末搅拌均匀,搅拌过程中加入水,球磨3‑10min,球磨转速为2000‑2500r/min,加入预制料,沿同一方向继续球磨1‑2h,球磨速度不超过200r/min,送入成型模具中,8‑12MPa压制成砖坯;将砖坯干燥,炉中,氧气氛下烧结,空冷至室温,得到高强抗热震耐火材料。
