The invention discloses a lead recovery process for lead chloride slag. The process comprises the following steps: 1) pretreatment: drying desulfurized gypsum slag in a rotary kiln; 2) detection: detecting the content of chlorine and lead in the lead chloride slag, detecting the content of calcium and sulfur in the desulfurized gypsum slag and detecting the content of carbon in a reducing agent; 3) blending: blending the desulfurized gypsum slag and the lead chloride slag according to the molar ratio of the calcium in the desulfurized gypsum slag to the chlorine in the lead chloride slag of (1-1.2):2 to obtain a first mixture, and blending the reducing agent and the first mixture according to the molar ratio of the carbon in the reducing agent to the sum of the lead in the lead chloride slag in the first mixture and the sulfur in the desulfurized gypsum slag of (1.2-1.5):2 to obtain a second mixture; and (4) smelting: putting the second mixture into a reverberatory furnace to be smelted, and obtaining calcium chloride slag and a lead bullion product. According to the process disclosed by the invention, the lead chloride slag and the desulfurized gypsum slag can be turned into wealth at the same time, the prepared lead bullion product is good in condition, further development and processing are facilitated, the whole process is low in processing cost, and industrial popularization and production are facilitated.
一种氯化铅渣的铅回收工艺,包括如下步骤;1)预处理:将脱硫石膏渣在回转窑中烘干;2)检测:检测氯化铅渣中氯、铅含量;检测脱硫石膏渣中钙、硫含量;检测还原剂中碳含量;3)配料:将脱硫石膏渣和氯化铅渣按脱硫石膏渣中钙、氯化铅渣中氯摩尔比(1~1.2):2的比例配料得到第一混合料,将还原剂与第一混合料按还原剂中碳、第一混合料中氯化铅渣的铅与脱硫石膏渣硫含量之和的摩尔比(1.2~1.5):2的比例配料得到第二混合料;4)熔炼:将第二混合料投入反射炉中熔炼得到氯化钙渣和粗铅产品。本发明所述的工艺能同时将氯化铅渣和脱硫石膏渣变废为宝,且制备得到的粗铅产品品相较好,利于进一步开发和加工,整个工艺加工成本低,利于工业化推广生产。
