Hydraulic rail bender for railway track construction
The invention relates to the field of railway construction equipment, and discloses a hydraulic rail bender for railway track construction, which comprises a rail bender main body, the side surface of the rail bender main body is fixedly sleeved with a limiting middle shaft, and one end of the rail bender main body is provided with a first hydraulic cylinder close to one side of the limiting middle shaft; a top plate is fixedly connected to a piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder, an arc groove located in the other side of the limiting middle shaft is formed in the rail bender body, and the rail bender body is movably sleeved with a middle rotating shaft located in the circle center of the arc groove. By means of the structural design of the rotating triangular plate on the rail bender body, one corner of the triangular plate rotates to apply pressure to bend a rail, and the other two corners of the triangular plate are limited in cooperation with the arc grooves, so that in the rail bending process, energy consumption of hydraulic drive rail bending is effectively prevented from being increased, and friction loss of a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder is likely to be large; therefore, the service life of the hydraulic rail bender is prolonged.
本发明涉及铁路修建设备领域,且公开了一种用于铁路轨道修建的液压弯轨器,包括弯轨器主体,弯轨器主体的侧面固定套装有限位中轴,所述弯轨器主体的一端设有靠近限位中轴一侧的第一液压缸,且第一液压缸的活塞杆上固定连接有顶板,所述弯轨器主体上开设有位于限位中轴另一侧的圆弧槽,且弯轨器主体上活动套装有位于圆弧槽圆心处的中间转轴。通过弯轨器主体上旋转的三角板结构设计,利用三角板的一角旋转施压弯曲铁轨,配合圆弧槽对三角板另外两角进行限位,使之弯轨的过程中,有效的避免了液压驱动弯轨的能耗增加,且容易使得液压缸的活塞杆摩擦损耗较大,无法使用的问题,从而提高了液压弯轨器的使用寿命。
