The invention discloses a device for correcting and leveling turned-over curbs. The device comprises a first vertical plate, wherein an air cylinder connecting block connected with the first vertical plate is arranged on one side of the first vertical plate; an air cylinder matched with the air cylinder connecting block is arranged on the air cylinder connecting block; an air cylinder rod is arranged in the air cylinder and extends out of the air cylinder; a first rotating rod matched with the extending air cylinder rod is arranged at the end of the extending air cylinder rod; second rotating rods matched with the first rotating rod are symmetrically arranged at the bottoms of the two ends of the first rotating rod; straight columns matched with the second rotating rods are arranged at the ends, away from the first rotating rod, of every two second rotating rods; connecting blocks matched with the straight columns are arranged on the cylindrical side edges of the straight columns in a direction perpendicular to the second rotating rods; semicircular clamping balls matched with the connecting blocks are fixedly arranged at the ends, away from the straight columns, of the connecting blocks; and clamping strips are symmetrically arranged in the semicircular clamping balls. The device has the beneficial effects that the stability of lifted curbs is improved, it is guaranteed that the position of each curb does not deviate much after the curbs are lifted, and the probability of toppling in the later period is reduced.
