The invention discloses an anti-blocking type waste treatment device for municipal engineering construction. After waste is crushed through a first crushing roller, the waste falls onto a guide frame and enters a crushing box along the guide frame, a third driving motor on the crushing box drives a second rotating shaft to rotate, then a cam disc is driven to rotate, and when the cam disc rotates, the lower end face of the cam disc abuts against a lifting rod; the lifting rod, the cross rod and the stand column float up and down together, then the guide frame is driven to deflect around the first positioning shaft, in the deflection process of the guide frame, the first positioning shaft can only rotate in one direction through limitation of a first ratchet wheel and a second ratchet wheel, and then a first fluted disc on the positioning shaft is pushed to rotate in one direction; and the transmission hinge and the filtering grid mesh are driven to move unidirectionally, so that materials crushed by the first crushing roller are prevented from being accumulated on the filtering grid mesh.
