Self-cleaning drain hole for bridge floor drainage system
The invention discloses a self-cleaning drain hole for a bridge floor drainage system. A structure main body can be located in a drainage ditch of the bridge floor, a collecting device, a self-cleaning device and a secondary filtering device are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, a top steel plate of the collecting device can do opening and closing actions around a welding structure formed by other four steel plates, primary garbage collection is conducted, the self-cleaning device comprises fan blades, a rotating shaft and a first enclosure ring, the fan blades have a certain spiral angle, the rotating shaft can drive the fan blades to rotate through a power device embedded in the lower-layer secondary filtering device, the fan blades rotate to generate centrifugal force to throw garbage rushing into the drainage holes into the collecting device, and the secondary filtering device conducts secondary filtering on the garbage; and the power device is connected with solar street lamps on the bridge floor through a cable. By arranging the collecting device and the secondary filtering device, two-stage collection can be performed on garbage so that the drain opening has a certain self-cleaning function, and the occurrence of the blockage condition of the drain opening can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种桥面排水系统用自净式泄水孔,结构主体可以坐落在桥面的排水沟内部,从上至下依次为收集装置、自净装置和二次过滤装置,收集装置的顶部钢板可绕其它四块钢板形成的焊接结构做开合动作,进行初级垃圾收集,自净装置包括扇叶、转动轴和第一围护圈,扇叶具有一定的螺旋角度,转动轴可由下层二次过滤装置里埋设的动力装置驱动扇叶转动,扇叶转动产生离心力将冲进泄水孔的垃圾甩进收集装置中,二次过滤装置进行垃圾的二次过滤,动力装置通过电缆线与桥面上的太阳能路灯连接。本发明通过设置收集装置和二次过滤装置,能够对垃圾进行两级收集,使得泄水口具有一定的自净功能,可减少泄水口堵塞情况的发生。
