The snow sweeping device comprises a top plate, wherein a push rod is arranged at the center of the front end of the top of the top plate; supporting columns are arranged on the periphery of the bottom of the top plate; a bottom plate is arranged between the bottoms of the supporting columns; a support is arranged at the top of the bottom plate; a power part is arranged in the support; four movable wheels are arranged on the power part; and each movable wheel comprises a fixed disc and a movable disc, a plurality of second strip-shaped grooves are evenly formed in the periphery of the fixed disc, a plurality of second round holes are evenly formed in the inner circumference of the fixed disc, a plurality of U-shaped grooves are evenly formed in the periphery of the movable disc, a plurality of first limiting rods are evenly arranged on the inner circumference of the side, corresponding to the fixed disc, of the movable disc, and all the first limiting rods penetrate through the second round holes. The device has the beneficial effects that labor force for cleaning by holding a broom by hands of a sanitation worker in the prior art is replaced, working efficiency can be greatly improved, and working difficulty can be greatly reduced.
