The diversion canal comprises an upstream canal body, wherein one end of the upstream canal body is connected with a downstream canal body; a filter plate is arranged at the joint of the upstream canal body and the downstream canal body; filter holes are densely distributed in the filter plate; a first scraper is vertically and slidably matched with the face, facing the upstream canal body, of the filter plate; T-shaped sliding blocks are fixedly connected to the two sides of the bottom of the first scraper; the sliding blocks slide in sliding grooves; the sliding grooves are formed in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the filter plate; a lifting plate is fixedly connected between the two sliding grooves; a lifting mechanism for driving the lifting plate to ascend and descend is connected to the bottom of the lifting plate; a second scraper is vertically and slidably matched with the upper surface of the first scraper; a sliding groove which is matched with a guide strip in shape and is in sliding connection with the guide strip is formed in one side of the second scraper; and the guide strip is horizontally arranged on a side plate.
