The invention provides a water conservancy gate device. The water conservancy gate device structurally comprises a support, a balance frame, a control end, a connecting rod, a gate and a solid layer; the upper end of the support is fixedly connected with the balance frame; the control end penetrates the middle portion of the upper end of the support; the connecting rod is movably connected to the lower end of the control end; and the gate is movably connected to the lower end of the connecting rod. In the gate opening process, a power wheel can be driven along with the lifting power in the equipment, then the power wheel can drive a scraping device to scrape sediment bonded to the bottom end of the gate, and the gate can be released from the sediment; and meanwhile, the sediment on the scraping device can be further vibrated to fall off through a cleaner while the scraping device conducts scraping, due to the fact that the sediment and water are mixed and then are loosened, the effect of vibration falling can be achieved, then the blocked pressure is reduced when the gate is opened, and the situation that due to the sediment, components of the gate are damaged can be prevented.
