The invention discloses an inner drilling pipe inserting compaction grouting reinforcement method based on a pipe gallery bottom plate cavity. The method comprises the steps that a grouting hole point position is positioned on a pipe gallery bottom plate and identified; a steel plate is placed at the identified point position and fixed through an expansion bolt, a hole is formed in the center of the steel plate, and the hole diameter is not smaller than that of a grouting hole; the pipe gallery bottom plate is drilled downwards in the center hole of the steel plate to form the grouting hole, and the hole is formed to the bottom of a bottom plate cushion layer; a grouting pipe is inserted into the formed grouting hole, and gaps around the grouting pipe are compacted; high-pressure grouting is conducted in the grouting pipe, grouting slurry is pressed into a soil layer below the pipe gallery bottom plate, and the soil layer is compacted; and when the slurry in the grouting hole is solidified and has no water leakage condition, the grouting pipe is cut off along an upper opening of the steel plate, and the grouting hole is sealed through welding of a sealing plate. The problem of the pipe gallery bottom plate cavity is solved; and the structural quality hidden danger of a comprehensive pipe gallery is eliminated, the bottom plate cavity defect is overcome in a grouting reinforcement manner, and the phenomena of water seepage and crack structure damage of the comprehensive pipe gallery in the later period are prevented.
本发明公开了一种基于管廊底板空洞的内钻孔插管压密注浆加固方法,包括:在管廊底板上定位出注浆孔点位并进行标识;在标识出的点位放置钢板并用膨胀螺栓固定,在钢板中心开孔且孔径不小于注浆孔的孔径;于钢板的中心开孔内向下钻穿管廊底板进行注浆孔成孔,成孔至底板垫层底;于成型的注浆孔内插设注浆管,密实注浆管周围缝隙;向注浆管内进行高压注浆,注浆浆液压入管廊底板下方的土层内部,密实土层;待注浆孔内浆液凝固且无渗漏水情况时,沿钢板上口切割掉注浆管,并采用封堵板焊接封闭注浆孔。以解决管廊底板空洞问题;消除综合管廊结构性质量隐患,以期通过注浆加固方式弥补底板空洞缺陷,防止综合管廊后期发生渗水和裂缝结构破坏现象发生。
