The invention discloses a fabricated multi-layer inner supporting structure and a rapid construction method thereof. The fabricated multi-layer inner supporting structure comprises a fender post, a stand column pile and multiple layers of supporting components arranged in the height direction of the fender post and the stand column pile at intervals; a crown beam is embedded in the top end of the fender post, and the inner side of the crown beam is detachably connected with a cross beam correspondingly in lap joint to the top layer of supporting component; and waist beams are in lap joint to the top ends of the supporting components located at different heights of the fender post, and the inner side of each layer of waist beam is detachably connected with the cross beam correspondingly in lap joint to the layer of supporting component. The prefabricated crown beam, waist beams and cross beams are adopted as the foundation pit inner supporting structure, the construction period can be greatly shortened, the work efficiency is improved, and remarkable economic and technical benefits are achieved.
本发明公开一种装配式多层内支撑结构及其快速施工方法,包括围护桩和立柱桩以及分别沿围护桩和立柱桩高度方向间隔布置的多层支撑部件,所述围护桩顶端嵌设有冠梁,且冠梁内侧与对应搭接在顶层支撑部件上的横梁可拆卸连接;位于所述围护桩不同高度处的支撑部件顶端搭接有腰梁,且每层腰梁内侧与对应搭接在该层支撑部件上的横梁可拆卸连接。采用预制的冠梁、腰梁、横梁作为基坑内支撑结构可以大幅度缩短施工工期,提高工作效率,具有显著的经济、技术效益。
