The invention relates to a prestressed concrete foundation pit supporting structure and a construction method. The prestressed concrete foundation pit supporting structure comprises a soil retaining structure device arranged on the periphery of a foundation pit and one or more prestressed concrete cross beams; the first end of the soil retaining structure device is fixed to the bottom of the foundation pit, the second end of the soil retaining structure device is arranged on the top of the foundation pit, and a soil retaining structure is formed, such as a support pile or an underground diaphragm wall; the one or more prestressed concrete cross beams transversely penetrate through at least part of the soil retaining structure device in the horizontal direction and are configured to generate a deformation trend towards the outside of the foundation pit. According to the prestressed concrete foundation pit supporting structure, the one or more prestressed cross beams can be arranged in the horizontal direction of the foundation pit, so that the structural internal force of the supporting structure can be reduced, structural deformation can be reduced, the bending and shearing bearing capacity of the soil retaining structure can be improved, and the supporting requirement of the deeper foundation pit can be met.
