The invention provides a non-negative pressure water supply management intelligent platform system, and relates to the technical field of water supply. The non-negative pressure water supply management intelligent platform system comprises a frequency conversion control cabinet, and the frequency conversion control cabinet comprises a pipe network pressure comparison module, a water quantity comparison module and a valve group control module which are used for comparing tap water pipe network pressure values transmitted by a pressure transmitter, detecting the remaining amount in a non-negative pressure water supply tank and controlling the water storage of the water tank respectively, wherein the pipe network pressure comparison module is used for receiving a signal from the pressure transmitter. The system has the beneficial effects that when the pipe network pressure is larger than a set value and the water volume of the water tank is smaller than a set value, the frequency conversion control cabinet adjusts a water inlet valve set through the valve group control module, so that the water tank is in a water storage state, and the design is used for utilizing redundant pressure in a tap water pipe network, so that water is fed into the water tank to be stored through the redundant pressure to be used in a water supply peak period, and water resource waste and energy waste caused by high pressure are reduced.
