The assembly type building mechanism comprises a fixed base, a damping assembly, a floating seat, a mounting seat, a lifting assembly and a transverse adjusting assembly, wherein the damping assembly comprises limiting pins which are correspondingly and fixedly connected to the bottom of the floating seat and the top of the fixed base, damping springs are wound on every two adjacent limiting pins in a sleeving mode, the two ends of the elastic force direction of the damping springs are fixedly connected to the bottom of the floating seat and the top of the fixed base respectively, and when the floating seat is vibrated, damping protection is carried out through elastic stretching and retracting of the damping springs. The damping assembly is arranged so that the assembly type building structure can have a damping protection function when vibrating; the transverse adjusting assembly is arranged, and the transverse position of the floating seat is adjusted by the transverse adjusting assembly, so that the installation position of the floating seat is adjusted within a certain degree, and the installation precision of the assembly structure is improved; and the lifting assembly is arranged so as to adjust the installation height of the mounting seat, and the installation precision of each assembly structure is further improved.
