When a huge fire happens by accident, temperature sensing heat conductors connected with the outer ends of the refrigeration balls sense the external high-temperature environment, the multiple temperature sensing heat conductors conduct the high temperature inwards in a multi-point mode, and therefore the multiple refrigeration balls at the inner ends sense the high temperature, a hot melting refrigeration mixture on the inner sides of the refrigeration balls overflows ammonium chloride and barium hydroxide octahydrate due to high-temperature hot melting, and after the ammonium chloride and the barium hydroxide octahydrate are mixed, the environment absorbs the heat and is cooled, meanwhile, the low temperature is transmitted to the water cooling pipes on one side, so that the temperature of water cooling liquid in the water cooling pipes is suddenly reduced, a flame-retardant layer formed by the inner heat insulation layer and the outer fireproof layer has a good flame-retardant effect, the fireproof performance of an outer decoration plate located on the outer side is better facilitated, and fireproof and flame-retardant measures are more subjectively taken.
