The invention discloses a steel structure roof membrane structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a membrane material, a plurality of membrane clamps, a plurality of hinge pieces, connecting pieces and steel beams, wherein the membrane clamps are clamped on the outer edge of the membrane material and arranged in the circumferential direction of the membrane material; the hinge pieces are hinged to every two adjacent membrane clamps; each connecting piece is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite, and the first end of each connecting piece is hinged to the corresponding membrane clamp; and the steel beams are installed on a roof and arranged along the outer edge of the roof by a circle, and the second ends of the connecting pieces are connected to the steel beams. The problems that a conventional membrane structure is difficult in membrane material installation and low in construction efficiency are solved.
本发明公开了一种钢结构屋面膜结构及其施工方法,该结构包括:膜材;多个膜夹,所述膜夹夹持于所述膜材的外缘,多个所述膜夹沿所述膜材的周向方向设置;多个铰接件,所述铰接件铰接连接于相邻的两所述膜夹;连接件,所述连接件具有相对的第一端和第二端,所述连接件的第一端铰接于所述膜夹;以及钢梁,安装于屋面上且沿所述屋面的外缘设置一圈,所述连接件的第二端连接于所述钢梁。本发明解决了常规膜结构,存在膜材安装困难、施工效率低的问题。
