The light high-heat-preservation wallboard specifically comprises a high-strength panel layer and a core board, wherein the middle of the core board is composed of light concrete and an extruded board; and concave-convex wedge-shaped notches are formed in the two faces of the center extruded board, the inner portion of the center extruded board is wide, the outer portion of the center extruded board is narrow, the center extruded board is placed in a cavity defined by a first panel layer and a second panel layer, polymer polyphenyl granule concrete is poured into the cavity, concave-convex notches are formed in the left side and the right side of the wallboard, wall splicing is facilitated, and an upper wallboard and a lower wallboard which are adjacent are connected through an upper connecting piece and a lower connecting piece. The structure can perfectly meet the requirements for high heat preservation, sound insulation and external hanging of heavy objects, and the light high-heat-preservation wallboard can be used for super-energy-saving buildings and is quite wide in market prospect.
