The invention relates to a self-heat-preservation quick-mounting plate. The self-heat-preservation quick-mounting plate comprises an outer frame, wherein a bottom plate is arranged in the outer frame in a matched mode, and at least one protrusion spaced from the inner wall of the outer frame is arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate; and a cover plate covering the bottom plate is further arranged on the outer frame in a matched mode, the bottom face of the cover plate abuts against the tops of the protrusions to form a plurality of sealed containing cavities divided by the protrusions in the outer frame, and each containing cavity is filled with heat preservation material particles. The invention further discloses a method for conducting house heat preservation through the quick-mounting plate. The self-heat-preservation quick-mounting plate is simple in structure, convenient to install and use and capable of effectively achieving self-heat-preservation of a building, and the house heat preservation method is simple, practical and beneficial to construction.
