The invention provides a keel-reinforced thermal insulation decorative composite board and a preparation method thereof. The board is good in bonding property, long in service life, light in weight and stable in product quality. The preparation method of the keel-reinforced thermal insulation decorative composite board comprises the following steps of S1, forming keel grooves in the back surface of a thermal insulation layer, and placing and fixing keels; S2, placing a reinforcing net on the front face of the thermal insulation layer, placing anchoring parts over the keels at the intervals of 40 +/-5 cm, and fixing the anchoring parts and the keels through fasteners; S3, preparing a reinforcing bonding layer; and S4, curing the prepared sample at room temperature for more than 3 days to obtain the keel-reinforced thermal insulation decorative composite board product. The keel-reinforced thermal insulation decorative composite board product is integrally formed in a one-time pressing mode, the keels are arranged in the thermal insulation layer, the anchoring parts, the reinforcing net and the fasteners are fixed in the thermal insulation layer, and the thermal insulation layer and a facing layer are bonded together through the reinforcing bonding layer, so that the overall bonding force is high, and the safety performance is reliable.
