The invention relates to an all-aluminum floor structure capable of being repeatedly disassembled and assembled without damage and rapidly assembled. The all-aluminum floor structure comprises a plurality of aluminum battens, a plurality of splicing fasteners and a plurality of leveling foot assemblies. Each aluminum batten is provided with an upper layer cavity, a lower layer cavity, a reinforcing supporting partition strip, an accommodating cavity and a lock hole; each splicing fastener is composed of a shell, a clamping lock pin and a spring; every two adjacent aluminum battens are spliced and assembled together through mutual assembly of the splicing fasteners, the accommodating cavities and the lock holes, a male buckling part and a female buckling part which can be buckled with each other are correspondingly further arranged at the two ends of each aluminum batten, and all the leveling foot assemblies are installed on embedding grooves formed in the bottom faces of the aluminum battens. According to the all-aluminum floor structure capable of being repeatedly disassembled and assembled without damage and rapidly assembled, the number of parts of an all-aluminum floor can be greatly reduced, assembling is more convenient and faster, repeated lossless disassembling and assembling can be achieved, and real safety and environmental protection can be achieved; and electric wires, water pipes, floor heating and the like can be conveniently laid in the device, overhaul and maintenance are facilitated, and the maintenance difficulty and cost are greatly reduced.
本发明涉及一种可反复无损拆装和快捷拼装的全铝地板结构,包括若干铝料板条、若干拼接扣件、若干调平脚组件,各铝料板条上分别设有上层空腔、下层空腔、加强支撑隔条、容纳空腔、锁孔,拼接扣件由壳体、卡锁销、弹簧构成,铝料板条与铝料板条之间通过拼接扣件与容纳空腔、锁孔的相互装配来相邻两个铝料板条相互拼接组装一起,铝料板条两端上还分别设有可相互扣装的公扣装部与母扣装部,各调平脚组件安装于铝料板条底面设有的嵌装槽上。本发明的设计,能大大减少了全铝地板的零部件,组装更为便利、快捷,可反复无损拆装,能做到真正的安全、环保;能方便在其中铺设电线、水管、地暖等,便于检修与维护,极大地降低了维护难度与成本。
