The device comprises a formwork provided with a through hole, a reinforcing plate, an additional plate, a screw sleeve, and a screw rod, wherein one side of the formwork is used for pouring concrete, the reinforcing plate is matched with the through hole, the reinforcing plate is plugged in the through hole, the reinforcing plate and the template are located in the same plane, the additional plate covers the through hole and is fixedly attached to the other side of the formwork, the screw sleeve is vertically fixed on the additional plate, the screw rod penetrates through the screw sleeve and the additional plate, and one end of the screw rod is fixed on the additional plate, and the reinforcing plate is pressed on the concrete structure by rotating the screw rod for drilling, so that the additional plate and the formwork are driven by counter force to be separated from the concrete structure, and template removal is realized.
