The invention relates to an air-conditioned cold store for apples and a using method thereof. The air-conditioned cold store comprises a storehouse, wherein a large storehouse door is hinged to one side of the storehouse, a small storehouse door is hinged to the large storehouse door, a plurality of storage boxes are placed in the storehouse, a material taking frame is fixedly arranged on the upper portion of the interior of the storehouse, a driving mechanism is arranged on the material taking frame, the driving mechanism moves on the material taking frame along the horizontal plane, a lifting air cylinder is fixedly arranged below the driving mechanism, a clamping mechanism arranged below the driving mechanism is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the lifting air cylinder, a transport cart is arranged in the storehouse, and the transport cart directly faces the small storehouse door. When an operator needs to take out a part of apples from the storehouse, at the moment, the storage boxes are clamped through movement cooperation of the driving mechanism, the lifting air cylinder and the clamping mechanism and placed on the transport cart, the transport cart directly transports the storage boxes out of the small storehouse door, the opening time of the small storehouse door is shortened, and loss of gas and temperature in the storehouse is greatly reduced. The air-conditioned cold store has the advantage of improving the storage effect on the remaining apples in the storehouse.
