Flange plate assembly for reinforced concrete pole
The invention discloses a flange plate assembly for a reinforced concrete pole. The flange plate assembly comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece; the first connecting piece is composed of an upper annular plate, a lower annular plate, a middle cylinder body and a plurality of first reinforcing rib plates, wherein a penetrating hole for a prestressed reinforcement is formed in the upper annular plate, a bolt hole is formed in the lower annular plate, the two ends of the middle cylinder body are connected with the upper annular plate and the lower annular plate in a sleeved mode, and the first reinforcing rib plates are arranged between the upper annular plate and the lower annular plate and attached to the outer wall of the middle cylinder body; and the second connecting piece is composed of a steel plate ring, a steel annular ring and a plurality of second reinforcing rib plates, wherein the lower portion of the steel plate ring is fixed to the upper annular plate of the first connecting piece through welding, an L-shaped annular groove is formed in the upper portion of the steel plate ring, the steel annular ring and the L-shaped annular groove are fixed through welding, the second reinforcing rib plates are arranged in an inner cavity of the steel plate ring, and fixed to the inner cavity wall of the steel plate ring and the upper plate surface of the upper annular plate through welding. The assembly is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, and the connecting reliability and stress performance with a pole reinforcement framework are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种钢筋混凝土电杆用法兰盘组件,包括第一连接件和第二连接件;其中,第一连接件由上环板、下环板、中间筒体及若干块第一加强筋板组成,上环板上开设有预应力钢筋穿入孔,下环板上开设有螺栓孔,中间筒体的两端分别套设连接着上、下环板,第一加强筋板设置在上、下环板之间,并与中间筒体的外壁贴合;第二连接件由钢板圈、钢环圈及若干块第二加强筋板组成,钢板圈的下部通过焊接固定在第一连接件的上环板上,上部开设有一L型环凹槽,钢环圈与L型环凹槽通过焊接固定,第二加强筋板设置在钢板圈的内腔中,并分别与钢板圈的内腔壁及上环板的上板面通过焊接固定。本发明不仅结构简单,制作方便,还大大提升了与电杆钢筋骨架的连接可靠性及受力性。
