The invention provides a rail transit vehicle door end portion unlocking device and a vehicle door system, and belongs to the technical field of rail transit. The rail transit vehicle door end portion unlocking device comprises a base provided with a first through hole and a locking piece communicating with the first through hole; a rotating shaft, wherein a one-way clutch and a wire pulling disc are sequentially connected in a nested mode in the axis direction of the rotating shaft, and a triggering part and a guiding part are arranged on the wire pulling disc; a chuck assembly, wherein the chuck assembly comprises a transmission disc and a rotary disc, the transmission disc and the one-way clutch are coaxially arranged, the transmission disc is matched with the locking piece in an abutting mode, the rotary disc is matched with the wire pulling disc in a clamping connection mode, and a connecting structure is arranged between the transmission disc and the rotary disc; a travel switch which is in contact fit with the triggering part; and a torsional spring, wherein one end of the torsional spring is connected with the hole wall of the first through hole, and the other end of the torsional spring is connected to the guiding part. The unlocking device is directly connected with a lead screw, operation reliability is improved, in addition, the unlocking device is installed at the end portion of the lead screw, and installation and debugging of the unlocking device are facilitated.
