The adjustable sliding wheel assembly comprises a sliding wheel mechanism and an adjusting mounting mechanism; a first sliding wheel set and a second sliding wheel set form a whole sliding wheel; the first sliding wheel set and the second sliding wheel set are connected through a connecting mechanism for adjusting; a first series shaft block and a second series shaft block increase the stability between the first sliding wheel set; meanwhile, obstruction can not be caused due to sundries in the moving process, operation can be continuously performed over the obstacles, and the practicability of the device can be improved; the lower end of an adjusting connecting column is installed in an inner cavity of a top mounting groove, the top end of the adjusting connecting column is movably connected to an inner cavity of a sliding inner groove, and a limiting rod is of a telescopic structure; and a first limiting block and a second limiting block connected at two ends are in movable contact with the lower contact surface and are fixed in a working state, so that the stability of the device is improved.
