The manufacturing method adopts a door and window manufacturing and processing device which comprises a bottom rack, a conveying mechanism and an assembling mechanism. The manufacturing method can solve the following problems that a, in the assembling process of a traditional broken bridge aluminum alloy heat insulation door and window, due to the fact that broken bridge aluminum alloy heat insulation frames are different in specification and size, the broken bridge aluminum alloy heat insulation door and window needs to be clamped through clamps of different specifications in the assembling process, a traditional broken bridge aluminum alloy heat insulation door and window manufacturing and processing device can only manufacture and process the broken bridge aluminum alloy heat insulation door and window of a single specification, the applicability is poor; and b, in the assembling process of the traditional broken bridge aluminum alloy heat insulation door and window, glass is manually assembled into a broken bridge aluminum alloy heat insulation frame through a nail hammer, in the assembling process, due to the fact that the manual force is different, the glass assembling effect is possibly poor, in the assembling process, due to the fact that the force is too large, the glass is broken, and the quality of the broken bridge aluminum alloy heat insulation door and window is affected.
