The invention discloses a construction method for a tunnel with a horizontal jet grouting pile advance support penetrating through a water-rich sandstone section surrounding rock. According to the characteristics of loose sandstone geology, a series of technical parameters such as operation essentials, grouting pressure, induration diameter, slurry self-stopping and jet grouting pile construction precision of horizontal jet grouting in a loose sandstone stratum are provided; in the aspect of slurry proportioning, a large number of indoor and outdoor slurry proportioning tests are carried out, and an optimal slurry formula of the loose sandstone soil property is found; and the tunnel loose sandstone stratum is successfully controlled, vault subsidence is reduced by 86% to 90%, initial support level convergence is reduced by 34% to 65%, and a good support effect is achieved. By applying the construction method, the cost is low, the effect is good, and good economic benefits and social benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种水平旋喷桩超前支护穿越富水砂岩段围岩隧道施工工法,针对疏松砂岩地质的特点,提出了水平旋喷在疏松砂岩地层中的操作要领、注浆压力、固结体直径、浆液自止浆及旋喷桩施工精度等一系列技术参数;在浆液配比方面,做了大量的室内外浆液配比试验,找到了疏松砂岩土质的最佳浆液配方;成功地控制了隧道疏松砂岩地层,使拱顶下沉减少了86%~90%,初期支护水平收敛降低了34%~65%,取得了良好的支护效果。此工法的应用,成本低,效果好,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
