The invention relates to a fitness house. The fitness house comprises a closed box body, a door, a temperature adjusting device, a body temperature sensor and a processor; the door is arranged on the closed box body and used for allowing people to go in and out; the temperature adjusting device is mounted on the box body and is used for adjusting the temperature in the box body; the body temperature sensor is mounted in the box body and used for detecting the body temperature of the surface of the human body; and the processor is used for receiving the human body surface temperature value detected by the body temperature sensor and adjusting the temperature adjusting device according to the value to provide the reasonable environment temperature for people. When the fitness house is used, the temperature in the closed box body can be adjusted in real time through cooperation of the body temperature sensor, the processor and the temperature adjusting device, and the reasonable environment temperature is provided for people.
