The invention provides an automatic batching system for cement raw materials. The automatic batching system comprises a neutron activation online analyzer and a plurality of adjusting feeding devices for batching different types of raw materials, the neutron activation on-line analyzer is mounted on a grinding belt of the adjusting feeding equipment, and the automatic batching system further comprises a controller connected with the neutron activation on-line analyzer and the adjusting feeding equipment. The controller is used for controlling each adjusting feeding device to continuously adjust the blanking ratio of each raw material according to a detection value and an index preset value according to the detection value and the detection value of the milled mixture calculated by the neutron activation on-line analyzer, so as to stabilize the components of the raw material; and the detection value is obtained by detecting and calculating the chemical components of the milling mixture on the milling belt through the neutron activation online analyzer. The automatic batching system can be applied to cement process control such as limestone detection and raw material automatic batching, the cement quality is improved, and the yield and enterprise benefits are improved.
