The invention discloses a spherical prefabricated concrete laminated slab manufacturing method and manufacturing mold and a spherical prefabricated concrete laminated slab. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that a laminated slab is sectioned into a rectangular slab in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, and the laminated slab is arranged to be a spherical slab protruding from the bottom surface to the top surface; the transverse and longitudinal sectioning planes of the laminated slab are arranged to be arc-shaped surfaces protruding from the bottom to the top; a reinforcing mesh is arranged in the laminated slab; at least two pieces of H-shaped steel on the protruded arc-shaped surfaces of the laminated slab are uniformly arranged at intervals; six surfaces of the laminated slab are wrapped with molds; reinforcing steel bar penetrating holes are reserved in the molds on the four side surfaces of the laminated slab; a discharging hole is reserved in a top surface mold located on the top surface of the laminated slab; reinforcing steel bars penetrate through the penetrating holes and are bound; concrete is poured through the discharging hole; the laminated slab wrapped with the molds after the concrete is poured is cured; the laminated slab is demolded; and production of the spherical prefabricated concrete laminated slab is achieved, and development of an assembly type technology is promoted.
